TIMS are systems that distribute a comprehensive range of tourism products through variety platforms, and supporting its activities within that region. TIMS attempt to utilise a customer approach in order to manage and market the destination as a holistic entity, typically providing strong destination related information, real-time reservations, and destination management tools paying particular attention to supporting small and independent tourism suppliers.

Generally TIMS consists of a database. This database holds all the information about places to visit, events, accommodation, and tourist facilities that are likely to get useful for tourists or visitors.

Each record in the TIMS Database has
